Thanks Thanks for all the replies. I was mistaken about my model number. It's an HR10-250. It does not have caller ID, nor RF (UHF) remote. Just as quickly as I jumped into D*, I've jumped back out. I just called and cancelled. We're not interested in sports (gee, how is it possible?)...
