INSIDE RADIO reports SIRIUS to start a major $50 rebate promotion Monday, May 2nd. One has to prepay 6 months to receive the $50 rebate on select plug & play receivers. Their research shows the biggest barrier to signing up new subscribers is the retail price point. A $99 receiver is now $50.
