    I agree with the above answers, but I wonder how that works with HD locals. Take the Oklahoma city locals for example, because E already has agreements in place to re-transmit their SD programming will they have to come to a new agreement to show the Hd , or is this just a testing phase?

    I have been informed by a subscriber in Mangum that he can pick up the OKC HD channels, that means at least Carter should be able to also Elk City. May be a Directv database error.

    Yup, here in SW Okla. there are a LOT of dish receivers. The OKC DMA covers a lot of rural area, no cable, very little OTA, so people get the Satellite Receiver of their choice. AND E beat D to the punch, they were supposed to have the OKC area lit up last month.
