    New download?

    Both my Son and I have DTV’s HR20, HD DVRs, (different locations) and both had to be reset before use today. Neither one would turn on, no response to front buttons or the remotes. I was curious to see if anyone else in the D.C. Northern Virginia area had a similar circumstance?
