i'm about to pull my hair out with this... according to dish, my receiver hasn't been able to connect to them since last August. menu6,1,9,1 shows connected online. menu6,3 shows broadband OK. i'm not able to call out and consequently, i can't get remote access to work. i'm using Cox HSI...

+1 on this issue for me... i've talked to Dish support and they said they are tracking some issues with Remote Access and to call back in 24 hours if it hasn't started working.

yea, i've look at that thing a bunch. its clear as mud. is the coax output the same on TV2 as it is on TV1? i notice some type of channel range on the label.. what does it mean? thx for the help.

yea.. the 522 has its fair share of issues which makes that decision a bit scary. i'll look into the d* package a little more closely. thanks for all your help.
