    When larger CRT?

I have a 40XBR800 Sony TV. Like you say it is 4:3, but it does have a 16:9 function that "squeezes" the picture into a 37" widescreen. The picture looks great to me, but I'm sure the newer 34" widescreens with finer pitch look better - I just didn't want to downgrade in size either so I chose...

Need recommendations on sat finder and where to buy online

Hey guys... I'm looking to buy a "PERFECT 10 QUICK DBS PIPE ADAPTER" so I can mount my new Phase III DTV dish on my existing Primestar roof mount. I'd like to pick up a good satellite finder as well. Can anyone recommend some good reputable places online to order from? And if it's not too...

    Primestar Dish & DirecTV Triple-LNB

Hey, thanks for the reply. I think I PM'd ya, too, so you can disregard that now. (I had hoped I remembered your name correctly.) OK, well I already have the phase III dish, so I might as well give this a shot since I already mounted the new triple LNB to the Primestar dish before I take it...

    Primestar Dish & DirecTV Triple-LNB

Aha. So I can use the Primestar dish (without the tilt) and still have a chance of getting reception on all three sats? I just want to make sure I understand you fully :) Oh and sorry I wasn't clearer Mini1 - no worries - thanks for the responses all. Edit: Erm, what happened to that...

    Primestar Dish & DirecTV Triple-LNB

LOL mini1 too funny. Well, I'm not that much of a newbie. I know I can't get HDTV without a receiver and compatible HDTV monitor. I recently bought a nice 40 inch Sony XBR so I'm in the process of working on getting HDTV programming. That was the reason for me trying to get the triple-LNB to...

    Primestar Dish & DirecTV Triple-LNB

Thanks for the reply. Yeah, I thought about that when I put it on. So I assume my best course of action is to just take down the Primestar dish and use the pre-existing mount to put up the DirecTV dish then. Anyone else think differently?

    Primestar Dish & DirecTV Triple-LNB

Hi guys - I'm new to the forums, but I need to pick your brains here. I have an old oval Primestar dish which I successfully had running a single DirecTV LNB for about 4-5 years now. I recently wanted to upgrade to HDTV so I went out and bought a triple-LNB and tried to mount it to the...
