    Mine are all missing too. The last time I checked two weeks ago they were gone and it took a couple of phone calls to get them to reactivate my receiver. This time I had enough and called to cancel. The AAD lady told me there is a $25 cancellation fee or a $4 fee if you just let it expire. I...
