Not true. There were several in HD this year (British, Australian, French Canadian, and United States were all HDTV.) Also, Bernie has mandated complete HD by 2009. I'm willing to bet 1/2 of the races will be in HD in 2008. SPEED just went HD, so keep your fingers crossed!

Can you use a washer with new/different screws to bridge the gap? If they are on the bottom they might not ever see it!

I forgot one that is similar: I just wouldn't want to get hammered with some DVR "purchase" fee if it was just a matter of having an anti-tamper screw head.

Was it an oddball connector, a non-phillips head, like one of these? Let us know how it works out.

It does seem to be getting ridiculous. I tried to upgrade to the HD Tivo and was unable due to inability to receive the 119 bird, so I'm certainly hoping that they consolidate their streams. I have friends who think the Phase III is a big deal, but I can't wait to see their reaction to the MP4...

Me too. I have my dish in the far NE corner of my lot and can barely get 101 and 110; due to trees and terrain, 119 will never happen for me. Anyone know of the future plan?!

I was hoping someone would answer this one. I heard that programming on 119 would eventually go away...is that true? My situtation is such that I'll NEVER be able to get 119, but I can get 101-110 just fine. Any input is much appreciated!
