    Not a bad idea...maybe I'll try automatically sending a cancel signal right after changing the channel.

    Hi guys, Does anyone know if it's possible to disable the 'info' screen from automatically coming up when changing a channel on a Dish 811 box? I've got a MythTV box I built on top of the set top box which already provides the info of a channel, and having both up gets a bit annoying. Thanks
