So I got it to work, see post #185, but I can't change the channels on my iphone/pad. All it shows me is live TV. When I try to watch something pre-recorded from the DVR it still just shows me live TV. The only way I can change the channel is if I actually use the remote. Any thoughts?

Well, I got it to work, but it doesn't allow me to change the channels. I can access the DVR but when I try to play a recording it takes me back to live TV?

What happened to the map down of NFL network HD in Hawaii? It was there yesterday and now it's gone. I now have to view it on ch 5507.

Have you had any problems with NFL Network HD on ch. 154? From time to time, when I tune to 154 it says the satellite signal was lost. When I turn to ch 5507, the feed is fine. By the way, I live on Oahu.

I'm having similar problems in HI. I get the both the HD and SD feeds with the HD being mapped down from 5507 to 154. Sometimes I lose the 154 feed altogether. It says the satellite lost the signal. When I switch to 5507, the feed is fine. Thoughts?

Are you able to lock on to any of the signals from 129? Try different transponders, I think 16 works. If you can lock on to them, than the dish is fine. Did you ask the rep how much your HD package was? Run a check switch test. Does it say OK or does a red X show up under 129?

Tell them you want to change from the 9.99 HD package to the 10.00 HD package. I know that sounds stupid, but it makes a difference as to what your receiver can see. They may need to re-hit your box. That's what did it for me after spending nearly 3 hours talking to their tech reps. Do you...
