I’ll give some things a try and see if I can’t get the dish pointed in the right direction before I leave for rotation. Anything else recommended in parts ?? sounds like I just need a DP LNB and everything should be in line to work as long as I have the dish pointed correctly.

Okay, I did run a direct line in once. I don’t believe it’s the correct card it was giving me some sort of error. like a receiver not set up error and wouldn’t let me get to the signal set up area. It’s sounding like I may have a couple hours down time so I’ll go ahead and give it a look...

It was a receiver someone brought up to try. They were able to get the free channels at one point but them soemthing with the card happen apparently from what I’ve been told.

Appreciate the response, which LNB should I go for the. ??? Not a big deal to pick one up. From my understanding it’s basically impossible to hit more than one satellite with these dishes. Every set up I’ve ever seen has only been hitting 119° bird. I appreciate everything guys, I really do!

Are we consensus that this Directv LNB will still work??? I plan on trying to grab a newer LNB anyways but just to get it set up for now. do I need wifi connection in order to set up the switch section ?
