Just ordered it through DirecTV. Rep indicated take 3 days to ship. Will be anxious to try it out on our iPhones and iPads.

+1 My 2 year old Dell does meet the qualifications. :mad: I realize it is no spring chicken of computers but it surely should be able to play video even if it isn't HD.

Both of my HR21s were not responsive when I got home at 10:15pm. The drives were spinning but they would not power on. I tried a Red button reset and the power button light came on briefly but then went out. I then recycled power but experienced the same results, power button light briefly...

I've been waiting since last fall for the SWM to become generally available too. I'd be on the phone to D* right now to upgrade my equipment if it was available. Come on guys, let get these things out to the customer base! :hungry:

FUBAR. :mad: I have yet to get a single phone call or e-mail from D* about having the old equipment. At this point I'm tempted to wait until they pull the plug, raise holy hell to Retention and see what freebies they pitch at me. :tux:

Sorry to hear you are having bad luck w/ the new HR21. Ironically, I'm on my 4th HR10-250 DVR in 3 years. Guess the saying "your mileage may vary" applies to cars and D* DVRs too! :rolleyes:
