Well, lost 1, 4, 5, Jan 1 but still got 6 and 7 for Thai channels. Can you tell me if a new box is required for 101w? Or if they announced when it will be a paid subscription on 101W?

Ours still work in Utah.

Got now 3 Thai stations on the old dish satellite settings. 1, 4, 6. Wife likes the new one, 1 the best with more news.

Agreed. The Thai guy here who does that service has said he has no clue either what will happen and when. He has moved a couple but stations not the best. So we will wait.

Well, word of mouth will let us know as she has about 5 friends who have the system. Once the 3 month trial starts, I guess she will decide to chance the position of the dish or not. Or if the 1 Thai station we got now goes away, then have to make the change. Got to watch the news on the...

Wife's friend moved her dish last week, got the some crummy Thai stations and a couple of days later, they all disappeared and has nothing now. Now she has to hire the guy again to move it back to the original position to get the Laos and 1 Thai station.

I have not moved my dish yet, but still getting the free channels and Army channel. Wife only wants to only hear the news anyway. A couple of friends moved their dish to new location and can get some Thai stuff, not like before, and do not like it because no Thai stories/dramas like before when...

What is a bummer, can not find out any info on the internet about what is the plan. Stay on this satellite or move to SSE-1 later. Nothing maybe except here. No phone calls, no letters, just the bogus info before to call in when the signal goes away. What a fiasco!

That is good news using the same equipment. I am sure a lot of pressure in the USA by Thai's, VIP's like embassies, government officials, monks, etc.

Now what? Turn on the tv and no stations-just showing signal strength quality at 62% (good) and quality bar at 96%. Nothing else.
