    Typically a local retailer is your best choice for obtaining Dish or DirecTV. They normally use their own employees rather than independant contractors.

    Hopper Manual

    The manual is not very clear on this but both the Hopper and Joey come with a RF remote Control so that you can place the unit in a cabinet and close the doors and the remote control still works!
