I have issues with scheduled recordings that show they completed and are listed as done in the schedule window but they are not there in the recording list.

No surprise, no answer from DISH yet. So much for being contacted in 72 hours.

I live in Teller County Colorado and have the same problem with audio on ABC live and recorded. I do not get OTA and do not have any locals in HD. Very annoying and all i get from Dish is they are working on it.

My finiky 622 went out again today and I called Dish. After all the CSR help, a service call is scheduled for Monday. About 1 hour later Dish called and told me my owned 942 would no longer receive HD as of 17 Sep and offered a leased 622 for free with no additional charges except 1 cent...

I didn't like losing Voom but that is not enough to make me switch. The only reason I would switch is to get Local HD since I can't get OTA HD.

Just wanted to express my whining opinion :).

TAMPA8: I fully agree with you. The Locals are very important to most people that I have talked to in my area especially since we can't get OTA HD signals.

How can you find out how many months are left on your current contract? I tried looking at my account online and my bill but I didn't see anything that shows remaining months on contract.
