in an earlier post i stated that my attempt at backfeeding the 21-69 was not working. well i have corrected it. 2 conditions now currently exist. some channel are taking maybe 8 seconds or more to load? is this a switch issue? also there is some snow on tv2. is this signal loss?

Yes The Receiver And Tvs Are Set To Air. I Also Tried Cable. In Both Instances I Set The Tvs To Match The Receiver
