Sorry for the delay - just got the receiver today. No luck at all... the new Joey did nothing for me and when I called dish back, they said they are aware of the issue and have their technicians and engineers working on - said to call back in 3 days. Good thing I upgraded just in time to watch...

I also had this same problem with the 4K Joey not showing channel 540, but the hopper 3 did. Called dish and spent an hour on the phone with support/tech support - couldn’t figure it out. They are now sending out a new Joey. If anyone finds a fix please post it!!
