Which nine channels don't work? If they are channels in the Choice XTRA package, your problem could be like the one I had this morning. Read my earlier post:

I just got off the phone w/ Rita (CSR from D* with the sniffles :( ). I called her because I was missing DiscoveryHD TLC-HD, etc. Not everything, but just those in the Choice XTRA package.
RESULT:
If you have Choice XTRA (or have recently upgraded to it) and you are not getting...
I had channels last night, but I don't having either of them now. 480, 481, and 498 are good, though. I figure that if I have a problem tomorrow, I'll worry about it then. As "The Hitchhiker" said, Don't Panic!
Try to remember:
This is not a test for "Picture Quality". This is a test of the overall distribution of channels. Functionality before beauty. Remember your first car? Mine got me from A to B, but man, did it look like a hunk o' s***.

I am still getting "Channel Not Purchased" (like the other night. I have reset the receiver once, but I still have squat.
I have had "Recent Activity" for HD Access on my account and I even went through the menus at D* to "change" my programming. Still nothin'.
Any insiders with any thoughts...
