what happened to ch. 9815 sportv americas?

tried it. didn't work. guess those Legacy LNB's just don't like DP receivers.

yes i did. had same setup with one line to each receiver. The LNB's could not provide enough power i guess for 2 receivers. both setups had sw21 with sw21x.

so i tried a few things last night. I hooked up 110 and 119 into sw21X. the out went to port 2 of a dish SW21 (which apparently powers the 21X) and 118 into port 1 of SW21. when i did a check switch with a 512 receiver, it fown all 3 sats. when i hooked up my 612, it wouldn't find all 3...

no i haven't tried. going to try tonight. my mistake I don't think it's a sw44, it's just a switch that allows 4 inputs (2 signals high/low) and 4 outputs. so essentially like a SW44, but it's a 4X4 i guess. regardless, going to try it tonight. i do have a few sw21's. would that work? i...

no it's not a twin. single(dual output) dss 11250 LNB's

i didn't say it was dp equipment. SW44 is a legacy switch is it not? if it is, and all my LNB's are legacy LNB's as previously stated, it should work no?

would i be able to set up as follows with my dish receiver and legacy equipment? 110 and 119 going into a sw44(i know i have to use both outputs of lnb to switch). take a out put into sat 1 of SW21 and 118 into sat 2 of SW21. then out of sw21 to receiver. will that work?

I think i might just bite the bullet and buy a dp 500+
