speaking of "favorite channels" is there a thread where people are pointing out favorite channels for ku band? i have to say, being a newbie, getting this microHD as my first receiver is probably the luckiest thing i've done all year. it took me a little while to understand it, mainly only...

ok that explains a lot, and after a reset, it cleared that glitch of not removing "hearted" satellites... so far so good.

ok, my "man handling a little" the "90" from before appears to have accomplished the same thing, it just needed to be flexed a little and it goes back into place, i put the strings across and they touched correctly. so anyone getting a GeoSatPro 90 out of the box, eye ball it from the edge...

but when i remove hearts, and then look in the antenna setup and blind scan, the satellites were still there, and any new hearted satellites were added to the list below the previous ones. At least this is what happened in mine, are other people seeing the expected behavior instead?

when i do a factory reset after an update, it also wipes out the update, is this not what you see?

amazingly, i'm up and running with the MicroHD, being a newbie and all.... got the satellite pointed to and strong signal... it appears to me that the "hearts" are not sticky and/or, you can't do more than one "multi satellite search"? here is what i did, maybe you see something...

when I plug the MicroHD in to AC, and then an HDMI cable in to TV, but do not connect a satellite coax yet, I still should be able to see a menu correct? right now all i see is a black screen, remote turns MicroHD on and off, has green light in front, I checked the HDMI cable with...

hi thanks for that, i just got my Geosatpro microHD in, found the manual on line, and it gave your same directions... so i'll try that.. i'll see if the strings touch, to see if i got it first... I've got a quick question, but this looks like a review thread, so i'll try to find proper...

I got the GEOSATpro dish 90 in from fedex, i got it out of the box and it was a little warped, if you lie it face down on a flat floor, it wobbled..(it should not do that right? wobbled cattycorner). I stood it up and man-handled it a little and got the warp out of it as best i can...
