    It's a common problem with the R15. Seems to not recognize some channels that you have subscription to.

    Magic Red Button on R15

    It is simply a reset button, easier than unplugging. Software should download itself though as there have not been andy updates since the initial one were not sure. Should find out real soon though.

    (R-15 owners)power on or off?

    Mike, Mine doesn't, not sure why but I think it's in the way you set up the remote and "marry" the TV to the R15. As with all electonics, the directions are a bit on the skimpy side.
