Just got the locals in hd installed! However on my channel guide it says "no info available" after one hour. Can i fix this or is this how its going to be?

Did they shut down all the locals? or only the people who are receiving the upgrade?

Finally got them to install the 2nd dish for free. Told them i felt i was a valued customer and i deserved to have my locals in hd free of charge and that i would take my business elsewhere if it did not happen. The csr finally cracked and said okay, set me up with an appointment tomorrow! Good...

Yeah the online chat yesterday told me the same thing. Plus they said i HAD to pay the $ 59.99 fee to get the wing dish installed. I had no option of extending my contract or no way out of it.

I had the exact same problem! Still on the phone with them too. Went through a long process that was pointless because the csr thought i could see them from 129

Yeah a lot of people im sure have had that same problem, including me. Just wait until tomorrow when it becomes official around 6:00 A.M.

So I cant schedule an appointment for them to install a new dish until then? Cuz someone on another post said he called around noon and they have him scheduled for an install.

Anyone know why when I call Dish to have them point me at 61.5 to get the Cleveland Locals they tell me there not available until after May sometime? Not understanding this at all?

i would much rather pay 60 for locals rather then sign up for 2 more years of the circus known as dish

so i will have to pay 60 and sign up for another 2 years? or will i get to choose one or the other?
