Where should I see the switch for this system Is it inside the dish arm ??? or is one not required Sorry if this is a dumb question

changed to dish 500 and check switch ran 1 of 1 and 1 of 38 results were Installation Summary POrt 1 Satellite x Trans x device Status Reception Verified Switch None

we are working with the vip211 and on the roof is a dish 1000. i swiched to dish 500 and the check switch was 1 of 1 and 1 of 38

Like stated before this system was woking with a dish 500 on the roof same sets of coax and the 6000 reciever and a older none hd reciever. it wasn't until we upgraded to the dish 1000 that everything completely quit working Thanks for your time
