Well it appears that no one is offering much in the way of Orlando Stations, even Bright House Network only offers 1 Orlando station WFTV which is ABC. Provided locals are paid for (regardless of what they are), will Dish provide the guide data for an antenna picking up neighboring locals.

I know that DISH was in a dispute with the FCC and was no longer able to offer out of market tv even in areas that are on DMA borders and had significantly viewed channels outside of the DMA. I'm wondering if that was permanent or it was lifted at some point. The reason that I am asking is my...
