The installers arrived on Tuesday night, and could not have been any nicer. They even took the time even though it was late in the evening to show me how to get the best picture and more pass the basic demonstration. It definitely left a good taste in my mouth.

Got Dish over the web last week. Email confirming installation for Monday Sept. 3 between Noon and 5pm. It is now 6pm and the "dispatch" said the guy was running late. I have now spent my ENTIRE Labor Day sitting around for an installation that will probably not happen. I completely...
