    H398 Software Version

    Just the opposite for me, but occurred before H398 was installed. About a 10dB increase based on my Yamaha receiver volume settings. A welcome change since almost all streaming services are at least 10dB lower than most of the dish channels so have to crank up the volume to hear anything...

    Looks like the problem has been corrected, whatever it was. Haven't had any issues in the last week with either CW or ABC. Guessing it was an issue with the uplink signal @ dish. Sent from my SM-X800 using Tapatalk

    Heels Season 2 - Check timer (Starz)

    Season 2 starts Friday 7/28. I checked the schedule tab and it was not listed. Verified my timer still existed (it did) and the schedule showed Season 1 episodes 7 and 8 skipped for tonight (7/23). Deleted the existing timer and created a new one using the Friday guide and Season 2 now scheduled...

    Prime time reboot...update?

    For me it happens weekly at 1 AM Friday and cuts the Thursday Late Late Show with James Corden in half. I have the inactivity timer set to 4 hours but it never goes to standby on its own. I manually put it into standby every morning ~6 AM for guide download.

    I have the same issue. Hopper 3 with v309 and once a week it reboots @1 AM, and I even have a recording scheduled that gets split (Late Late Show with James Corden). Most of the time it doesn't kill too much, but last week I lost the last few minutes of carpool karaoke

    Poll on Hopper problems

    Haven't seen anyone post about "missing" fast forward speeds yet. The 4x forward and one of the slow motion speeds (1/15 I think) no longer shows up when using either the 40 or 52 remotes.

    Scott, I'm 0 for 3, even tried going through tech support for the last try to figure out the issue. Everything goes through smoothly including taking credit card info until they try to finalize everything and they get a "popup" saying my area can't be done (RI).
