Season 2 starts Friday 7/28. I checked the schedule tab and it was not listed. Verified my timer still existed (it did) and the schedule showed Season 1 episodes 7 and 8 skipped for tonight (7/23). Deleted the existing timer and created a new one using the Friday guide and Season 2 now scheduled...

Make sure you set a new timer! My existing one doesn't pick it up, maybe because the "new and improved" guide lists it as 'The Amazing Race 29'... Sent from my SM-P905V using Tapatalk

For me it happens weekly at 1 AM Friday and cuts the Thursday Late Late Show with James Corden in half. I have the inactivity timer set to 4 hours but it never goes to standby on its own. I manually put it into standby every morning ~6 AM for guide download.

I have the same issue. Hopper 3 with v309 and once a week it reboots @1 AM, and I even have a recording scheduled that gets split (Late Late Show with James Corden). Most of the time it doesn't kill too much, but last week I lost the last few minutes of carpool karaoke

Haven't seen anyone post about "missing" fast forward speeds yet. The 4x forward and one of the slow motion speeds (1/15 I think) no longer shows up when using either the 40 or 52 remotes.

I was the Rhode Islander that had the problem, and was told on Sunday to wait for 48 hrs. Impatient me waited 24 and tried calling again late Monday. Explained right away to the CSR about the 'issue' and she worked through until the pop-up showed up, went on hold for a short while, then came...

Just got off the phone and CSR was finally able to break the low beam logjam at least for my area (Rhode Island). Install scheduled for tomorrow! !

Scott, I'm 0 for 3, even tried going through tech support for the last try to figure out the issue. Everything goes through smoothly including taking credit card info until they try to finalize everything and they get a "popup" saying my area can't be done (RI).

I'm in Rhode Island and had the same bad luck - tried via phone and then via chat. Got all the way through scheduling an appointment but then was told "your Dish is not yet compatible with the Hopper 3 and 4k Joey". On chat, I tried to convince them that all they had to do was bring a 1000.2...

Hopper 3 upgrade for me please!

Remember that you are going from 2 HWS each with a 2TB disk to a single H3 with a single 2 TB disk. If each of your current HWS hovers near or over 50%, you can use the new disk to keep from overloading and losing shows from the H3.

Check your timer if you set it up for season 1. Channel changed and timer was useless. Luckily the season 2 premiere is being repeated 4/7 @ 1:00AM.

And don't forget that even after the 7 days, there's a good chance you won't get the auto skip due to the never ending CBS start time delays due to sporting events.
