    Thanks, you did answer my question. I just wasn't sure how they would run the cable from the basement to the 2nd floor, with the walls being finished.

    My installation is scheduled for this coming Saturday. My question is; Will the installer be running the cable from the basement, (where dish cable comes in) to the 2nd floor where the receivers are?? Sorry for the dumb question. Jay

    New Receiver, Leasing Fee ?

    I am about to switch from cable to Direct. I have a family member that has a brand new receiver, which they never used. They are willing to give it to me. Will I still be charged a leasing fee for using it?? Thanks for your help. Jay
