    I can see you are reading impaired. Just for hoots the last report i saw said 98 % of united states has access to cable,sat, or atts tv. But only 72 % are getting any of those services for what ever reason. The same report said said 100 % of united states has access to OYA (analog).

    You can always do a high speed internet search to see if it is being streamed ! Just another option
