I have 2 - H20 -100. Both of them from time to time have an audio problem - a thumping noise - they only way to get rid of it - is to reset the unit. I also have 1 unit that were the HDMI input picture disappears to a blank screen or the colors get funky greens. Is anyone else having these...

Does anyone know when the H20 will get the new software - this whole channel thing is a pain - when you directly enter the channel the sd version pops up and then you have to hit channel up and down until you get the hd version. Other than that new lineup is great.

No - I am not diplexing at all.

No ota - locals come in thru directv.

I checked the signals on those transponders and they are low 30-40's. The funny thing is I checked them at night - that's when I seem to have the problem and they were low. I checked them during the day and they were low as well - but I was able to get a picture. I guess I am calling for a tech.

Sorry - I am new at this. So which transponders besides 103b should I be looking to have high readings.
