    I would check the cable to make sure it's rated 3ghz. there should be writing on the cable stated that it is. check cable going to receiver from wall plate, good time to check the wall plate and make sure it's blue barrel, also check the cable coming off hub.

    Just heads up, except Netflix to be disable. Our shop took update. Netflix is disable right on hopper 3 and 4K Joey, but will work on Joeys

    If you get in house tech, they should run dual orange burial cable for you. Also keep we mind, if it's in house tech they will not do any digging with out markings. It's company policy to have area mark before doing any digging . They will also supply pole and concrete if you need that..

    This has happen to some techs, leaving joeys/super joeys not working. There a lot unhappy techs about this.

    28th is the release date, this is what we been told and are being train on to get ready for this. Frank Wolf did say it can change, we will be updated if this does happen.

    They all have 52.0 remote. I even asked warehouse about 50.0 remote, they can't even order them yet.
