Still locked out Just got done talking with Voom (morons) and they haven't heard there is a fix and someone will call me when the find out. I signed up with Voom day-one (10/15/03) and I'm about to pull the plug. Is there a way around customer service???? John

Still have the problem I called Voom again last night with no luck. They said they'd get back in 3 days. Has anyone had the Voom box apart? There must be a hardware reset in there somewhere. If I die and nobody knows the PIN do they have to throw the box away? I don't think so. John

Just looked at my Voom on-line account and they are charging sales tax. I have Dish and they haven't been charging (I think) sales tax. I live in Arizona... have things changed? John

Try fresh batteries in the remote. Mine did the same thing. John

I do both. Use an amplified Radio Shack splitter and feed both. My 811 picks up locals a little better. John

Maybe not be so bad... 8 days ago I call E* to drop AT180 and HBO from my 811 (I'm a Voomer now) and they are still there. I had the same stuff dropped from my 508 and it was gone in minutes. I've since call three times to re-confirm the changes to the 811 and they've said these should occur...
