    We are having blank recordings plus bad recordings. Bad picture and even loss of signal. When recording and watching a show at the same time the cursor messes up. John

    I had a Date with Directv this Saturday. 2 things, one for a new DVR and one to replace the HR24-500 with a HR24-200. Well of these Dates never go right. They told since the AM21 tuner was not part of the Hr24-500 they would not replace the unit. They know people are having trouble with the AM21...

    HR24 / H24 CE Release 7/23

    I have had blank recordings. Have not see any since update last night. I am testing hard with 3 other friends. All have HR24-500. Hope we don't see any.
