    Thanks! 1 STB downloaded and the caller ID function works. The other stb is still downloading. It's been at 60% for 70 mins and counting. Do you think it's hung up? Should I wait it out longer? OR try to turn the box off and start over?

    What frimware do you have? You might have the old software and you need to have the updated software uploaded. Leave your STB in standby mode tonight. I have not had a lock up in a couple months.

    Well I definetily would prefer more HD channels before any more SD channels, but if a SD channel needs to get added maybe it will be Lifetime. I won't dare tell my wife that I would prefer it never be added because you are right it does make men out to be "A" Holes.

    Do you have your STB set to Native resolution? I had this happen to me when mine was set to Native, but I changed it to 1080 and I no longer have this problem.

    Not getting the 5.1 dolby digital always

    Mine works great. Not all items in HD are 5.1 though, many are 2 channel. On the Voom exclusives my receiver always has the 5.1 setting activated.

    I've noticed it also. I have yet to see the commercial. But it's good to know they are advertising once again.
