hi Charper... Well it is strange..it freezes and none of the buttons function on it. Actually I think it's the motherboard..not the remote. Thanks anyway. Still having problems loading the bin file on the pansat though...working at it. Thanks for the tip. Judy

Just curious...I am not only new to this type of forum, but new to the world of satellite tv. I was told how simple it is to install a pansat 3500s. LOL. Also..as we try to set it up..our remote locks up constantly. Sometimes a simple shut off of the pansat and tv work..other times...it takes...
