Hope anecdotal evidence is good! Hopper 3 is due tomorrow. I am in a rural area, so the only TV I can watch now is what is still on the DVR drive of an old HWS from 2015 that was in the closet :-) Jay

DId a chat with Dish. Replacement Hopper is being shipped. I have timers backed up in one of the remotes not too long ago. Shame to lose the content of the main drive (57%), but have most of the better stuff on the external drive. Thanks! Jay

Hi Guys, Had a storm go through yesterday. Power knocked out. Hopper 3 on UPS. After power out for a few minutes, turned off UPS. Now when powering up, the cooling fan is on high and there is nothing else happening on the Hopper. No power light, no output. I tried: 1 - Unplugging again. 2...

I have a HWS, Joey 1.0 and 1000.4 (EA). Also AT120. All the equipment is owned by me. Is it possible to do an upgrade or do I need to re-buy? Desired config would be Hopper 3, Joey 2.0 and Flex pack. Disk could get swapped to 1000.2 or if the DPH42 is out keep it. Thanks! Jay

Confirmed the HWS has a White G4 card. I have had many, many Dish receiver receivers in the last 20 years. First receiver was a 4000 :-) Jay
