    what are these dishes?

The grey dish is a Dish 500 with a DP Plus twin LNB (for 110&119), and the black dish is a Dish 1000.2 WA dish for satellites 110, 119 and 129. The dishes themselves look to be in good shape as do the LNBs. I'm sure they would be of interest to someone here on the forum or another means to...

Thanks for the reply! I guess our best bet will probably to wait another week for an announcement like last year.

Thanks for the info! Any particular USB hubs that I should look for or avoid?

    USB on 722k

Here is a question for all. I have a 722k with a sling adapter installed on the rear USB and a WiFi broadband stick on the front USB. I would like to add an external hard drive to the receiver, but the two USB ports are in use. Can I use a USB hub with the sling adapter, external hard drive...

Dish pointed east but showing west transponders???

When looking at the point dish screen, all sats that you look at are going to show 61.5W, 72.7W, 77W, 110W, 119W or 129W. The eastern arc satellites are obviously east of the western arc satellites but still located in the western hemisphere or West Longitude. It is virtually impossible to see...

    Patriots vsEagles Blackout

You may want to consider "moving" to Windham County where you can receive both Boston and Burlington locals. I saw that last nights game in question was aired on both WBZ4 and WMUR9 last evening. Could help you out for future games.

    Patriots vsEagles Blackout

It's Vermont, the geography makes it extremely difficult to pickup locals unless you're in the Burlington area or on a mountain top with a high gain antenna mounted high atop your house. I live in the central part of the state and OTA locals is pretty much out of the question.

    Picking up satellites 61.5 & 77, but not 72.7

That is odd that you wouldn't have 72.7 if you have 61.5 and 77 especially since 72.7 is in the middle. You could try disconnecting the receiver, run a check switch to clear the matrix, save the results, and reconnect the cable back to the receiver and run another check switch.

System Info showing "yellow" for 61.5

JasonS@DISH, I did disconnect the switch from the power inserter with no different result. Would it be best to disconnect all three receivers at the switch for about a minute and seeing if that makes a difference? Like I stated before, there is no signal degredation but I am puzzled as to why...

System Info showing "yellow" for 61.5

I've only had that message since I've been connected through the DPP44 switch, not when I was connected to the 1000.4 LNB. The message appears on all three receivers, 722k, 211k and the 612.

System Info showing "yellow" for 61.5

Box a says; "Warning! Select "Details" which I explained in my original post the only thing that I wasn't clear on was Value 7: -2. I will try JasonS suggestion tomorrow when I don't have anything recording on any of my DVRs. As I stated before, other than the System Info screen showing the...

System Info showing "yellow" for 61.5

Ahhh, that's one thing I haven't tried. I will try that later when I am not recording anything on any of the DVRs and report my findings then. Thanks!
