    This may sound silly, but have tried viewing it on a CRT? This is a widely known issue with gamers and some are actually buying up old CRTs. In fact, with the retro gamers, the input processing lag of modern screens also make games harder to play and they are also reverting to CRTs.

    WDVM Hagerstown is phase 4 and should be changing by August 2, WWPB Hagerstown and WWPX Martinsburg, WV are phase 9.
