    Any Mexican Channels

    All televisa channels are on c band, but you can catch mexican soccer on Telemundo (79 W), Azteca (93 W), and Televisa Tijuana (116 W), in C band theres like 60 mexican channels, with soccer on many of those, The List has a few of them listed.

    Looking for closed caption receiver

    If the channel has Closed Captions then almost every FTA can let pass through line 21 of the MPEG stream (that is where CC1 lies), BUT your TV needs to be CC compliant, if its just a monitor then most likely wont display the captions.
