    was new cable used during install or existing? Had a tc a month back, all joeys were red. Crap cable, multiple splices and old splitters were found, replaced everything and all was back to normal.

    I second this. Don't know how many houses I have been to for a tc when they complain about picture quality and they have have the wrong dish up (d500). So dvr has a valid point asking to check what sats he has.
