BTW, I suspect it's something about my router that it doesn't like, but I'm not certain. My router is an older Netgear WGR614 version 8. It does support UPnP and I have that enabled. I also tried manually forwarding the ports to the H34 in the router and H34's settings but that didn't help...

I have the exact same issue. Everything but Youtube works great but I get a connection error when I try to use Youtube. I have a Genie and 3 C31s, it's the same on all of them. I tried resetting the Genie and clients, as well as bring the entire network down and back up multiple times to no avail.

Keep in mind that I'm coming from Comcast, but to me the Genie and it's clients are sloooooow. It takes an average of 4.5 - 5 seconds (from the time the button is pressed until you get video) to bump up 1 channel. It's about 3.5 seconds to load the guide. In comparison, the H25 switches...

If they would bump the Genie up to 8 tuners (the max for the SWM LNB) and speed the Genie and it's clients up to as fast as the H25, it would be perfect.

The C31s work great with the RF remotes. I have 2 of them working with RC65RX remotes, both in RF mode. Apparently the C31s have a built in RF remote antenna, as there isn't a connection for an antenna on it.
