Thank you for your replies. I talked to the sales person yesterday who couldn't help me so I asked to speak with the supervisor and he was no help either....maybe I'll call again and see what someone else says.

Last weekend I signed up for America's Top 120 package deal for $19.99/month for 1 year and $34.99 for the second year. I also added an international channel for $14.99. However, I did not add any local channels. I took a look at my account yesterday and it stated online *34.99 (I get 15.00...
