    D9225 Powervu receiver issue

    IM using a D9225 PowerVu Satellite receiver, i have a locked signal, audio but no video.Im also using a system converter, but still on the screen "audio service only".. what seems to be the problem? But when i use other satellite receiver i can view the program, both are DVB-S/ mpeg-2...
