IR was switched on already. Did a sync on the Harmony, but made no difference. It looks like we will be using two remotes for awhile. I guess at least we can probably rule out the problem being with the P13712 software.

Thank you for the advice. The plus has been successfully disconnected and the Hopper 3 seems to be working normally. Sadly, no change with the operation of the Harmony. I'm going to try reloading the Harmony through the Logitech website. Hopefully I can remember my password.

As the proud owner of two Harmony Elite remotes that now don't work, is there any fix for this problem yet? I thought the problem might be with the plus box so I tried to disconnect it. (Removed connections between plus and hopper and restarted hopper), but I couldn't get the Hopper to...

Well, this took a while. Here's what happened. I called Retention and the rep told me that the computer would not let him order an HR54 to replace the 17. He sent me a replacement 17 which did exactly what I thought it would do...nothing! While he seemed to be trying, my needs were not served...

Thank you for all the information. I thought that maybe the delay problem might be with the C61K, but that wasn't it either. I guess I'll be calling retention soon. I hope we can get this resolved, I don't think I'll ever get used to the delay.

Nope, native is turned off. I assume that when I change the display settings that I am adjusting the C61 settings. Is there an adjustment for the HS17 settings as well and if so, how do I find it and what should the settings be?
