Certificates aren't showing on Ch501 using the remote. The Dish app won't open.

The movies I'm trying to order are $5.99

Tried again and still can't order movies. MyDish app won't open. Force stop and reinstall doesn't resolve. On MyDish website, tried ordering The Amateur which shows on Ch 501 as available until 11/11 order #89291. But on website, not available. Website advertises Adulthood but no order number...

Can't change it on the Hopper either...

I tried on the My Dish website and it won't let me confirm the order.

So did anyone find the format menu? I've been looking for it on my Hopper Plus. I can't get out of zoom on SD channels. It's not in the remote diamond options.

I have an HD picture but I don't know how to change the TV settings. Under the TV Icon in settings, the only option is to Adjust Screen. Changing resolution is no longer available (that I can find) with my Hopper 3 Plus nor on my Joey 4. My main TV is 4K and it does pick up HDR on the Dish 4K...

Have you had any luck finding a solution as to why I can't order movies?

I get a free Pay Per View movie rental certificate every month. I have yet to find an eligible movie. Everything I try to order on the Dish app comes up with an error message saying my account does not have HD eligibility. What I'm I doing wrong? I have a Hopper 3 with HD.

I used the app last week to cancel my Dish Protect before my free 6 months was up. 5 days later I got billed for it anyway. When I called Dish, they couldn't find my cancellation request. Right now the app won't even open.

Is anyone else having pixelation issues on channel 9 ABC? It started a few weeks ago and it's very noticable on recordings. I'm in Florida and no recent rain or severe weather events. Other channels seem to be okay.

I have Gemini Sat and just got a new 4K HDR TV. I'm having the same issue with forced HDR signal. Is there any resolution in sight?
