I am switching from Directv to Brighthouse on Friday. I am getting the Voyager dvr as part of it. Does anyone have one, do you like it? I have been trying to see some photos of it just to see what it looks like, but I can't find any. The brighthouse web site does not seem to have any.

ALL I get is the Directv logo when I go channel 615. Also the SEC Network Alternate channel doesn't work half the time either. Doesn't anyone from DTV monitor what is going out on there channels?

No they are not. I tried calling them three times and got disconnected all three times.

I am having a similar problem except mine is just the audio. It is just one of the clients I have a genie and two clients I tried switching the two clients to see if the box was bad, but it still does it. If I keep changing the channels the audio comes back. I called Directv and said they will...

I Googled "Directv Genie Audio dropouts" just to see if anyone else has had this problem and yes it appears it is a known problem even though a lot of them are with the HR34 and mine is a HR44. Since it is known maybe they can fix it with a upgrade at some point...

Thanks what I figured a bad signal coming through the coax. I tried the rebooting, but not with the clients unplugged so I will try that just to be sure. Thank You!!

First a correction, I said "the Mini Genie in the living room wasn't working right", but the one on the Patio/Porch was the one with the problem. I was able to get the remotes reprogrammed so they are working now and I found a work around for the channels not changing and this may sound stupid...
