    VIP 622 and remote control issues

    We have a 622 hooked up to a vizio. The receiver seems to have a difficult time getting the signal from the remote even when pointing the remote directly at the receiver. We're sitting no more than 10 ft away. Signal from remote seems to be picked up better if pointing the remote up in the air...
