    Phillips DVR Tivo

    As recommended by the good and well intentioned folks at DirecTv, to repair the picture freeze, I chose to "clean and delete" the hard drive of my July 04 unit. I was warned that it may take about four hours to accomplish. At the end of 6-1/2 hours I called DirecTv but they have no solution...
