The same thing happened here in L.A. Never had this channel before, spent the money on it to watch the game tonight. Not happy at all, see what happens Wednesday night but I think I will ask for my money back for sure.

I'm having a problem ordering BMP. I logged in to my acc. and hit the Movie Pass botton, then submit. I get a message saying that the Movie Pass cannot be added to leased equipment. Anyone else????

I ran an check switch, and it came back with "NO SWITCH DETECTED". We had a switch installed. SW21 I think. ???

We mounted a dish 500 pointed to the South, followed all the settings for the zip code and nothing at all. I forget the settings, I'm not there now. We got 119 for a bit, no 110 at all. Has anyone had this problem there? Please help. We take our IRD from home and everything is ok at home...
