Ok, sorry its been a while but I went with the APC based on recommendations from our IT guys at work. Completely solved our reboot problems.

Been chasing a reboot issue for a couple of months and the technician I'm working with seems to think now there is a fluctuation of power causing these random reboots. We're on 6th receiver, 3rd dish, and last week they ran new cables. They're going to cover up to $50 for a UPS but I'm not sure...
