Made the rest of my pork belly, air fryer this time. Not as soft (natually) as the smoked ones from yesterday, but still turned out really good.

The picture is better than the result unfortunately. Learned a lot and will try again soon, have a few strips left of the pork belly. Just working my way up to a brisket, want to make one soon, it's been a while. These make me want to get some ribs tho.

Never made burnt ends before really, turned out good and have more to make later in the week.

If it wasn't worthwhile for the league to play international games they would have stopped long ago. Instead it's more likely we'll see as many as 16 a year in the near future once every team participates annually, perhaps as the schedule expands to 18 regular season games.

The cat (rock) is out of the bag, that was the biggest issue I had with the last trailer. This one gives me a lot of things to look forward to that I wasn't sure they'd include. With the big reveal spoiled, this trailer doesn't seem as bad.
