Got through the first season of Bosch over the last day and a half, for the first time. Looking forward to bingeing more :)

Saw Song Sung Blue tonight, really liked it. Big Hugh Jackman and Kate Hudson fan already and they make the movie worth watching. Also good performances from the lesser known case like their daughter. Next up, looks like the new Running Man (saw it in theaters) and the latest Now You See Me...

It's a judgement call, it's not instantaneous. Many games also have plays where a play has been blown dead sooner than it should. When forward progress is determined to have been stopped the play is blown dead. What I don't understand is what you guys are trying to solve with this, other than...

What, exactly, is the issue? What is needing to be fixed here? And forward progress has been brought up a number of times related to this - which is why I mentioned it.

Not sure what problem you guys think is so bad that needs to be fixed here. When forward progress stops, the play is stopped.
